AlwaysAlpha started in August of 2017 as a spiritual successor to NostalgiaProject (an Alpha server that unfortunately shut down). Though rough at first, the server slowly gained popularity after the first few forum posts and YouTube advertisements were created. Not everyone likes us, not everyone thinks we can continue what we say we will, but we will fight to the bloody end to keep this server alive. Now join the server and have an excellent adventure. Alpha 1.0.0 was released to the public on June 30, 2010. Two days before, there was a downloadable offline client tech test on the website. Alpha 1.0.0 was first labeled as 'Minecraft Infdev' when you first started up a game and loaded up a world.
Notes
- Alpha 1.0.0 was labeled as Minecraft Infdev when you loaded up a world.
- Wood and Cobblestone stairs were only the Wood Planks texture and the Cobblestone texture as the stair texture was not added until Alpha 1.0.1.
- The last infinite liquid source is removed, which is the lava variant.
